Census 2011: Incoming commuter movements in Milan by means, time taken, exit time, municipality of origin and gender
Description
Number of family residents in Italy who move daily for the purpose of study or work in Milan starting from the accommodation of their usual residence and returning daily to the same by municipality of origin, means, time spent, exit time and gender. The data were collected through the 15th General Population and Housing Census, carried out by ISTAT in 2011. In this census, for the first time, some socio-economic information was collected on a sample basis. Information on the characteristics of commuting is collected on a sample basis.
