Censuses 1991, 2001, 2011: Housing status indicators
Description
The dataset contains statistical indicators relating to housing condition calculated on the basis of data from the Census 2011, 2001 and 1991. The indicators are calculated at three levels of detail: municipality of Milan; 9 municipalities; 69 NIL with a population of over 3,000 inhabitants. The indicators are defined as follows:
* 1) Owned dwellings per 100 dwellings occupied by residents (Percentage ratio between the number of dwellings occupied by owned residents and the total number of dwellings occupied by residents);
* 2) Rented dwellings per 100 dwellings occupied by residents (Percentage ratio between the number of dwellings occupied by rented residents and the total number of dwellings occupied by residents);
* 3) Average size of dwellings (Relationship between total area (sqm) of dwellings occupied by residents and total dwellings occupied by residents).
