Description
The dataset contains data from the 14th General Population Census for households. A family is defined as a group of people linked by marriage, kinship, affinity, adoption, guardianship or emotional ties, cohabitants and having a habitual residence in the same municipality (even if they are not yet registered in the registry of the resident population of the same municipality). A family can also be made up of one person. The temporary absentee does not cease to belong to his family whether he is in another accommodation (or cohabitation) of the same municipality, whether he is in another Italian municipality or abroad. The definition of family adopted for the census is that contained in the population register regulation.
