Register of non-governmental organisations in the public interest in the field of foreign affairs
Description
By decision, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs grants or withdraws the status of a non-governmental organisation acting in the public interest in the field of foreign affairs in accordance with the Non-Governmental Organisations Act and the Rules on the determination of criteria for demonstrating the significant achievements of non-governmental organisations for granting the status of a non-governmental organisation in the public interest in the field of international relations, foreign affairs, international development cooperation and international humanitarian aid.
The register of non-governmental organisations in the public interest in the field of foreign affairs is part of the register of non-governmental organisations in the public interest (ENO), which is kept electronically by the competent organisation for public legal records and services (AJPES). The records are kept on the basis of the data of the ministries responsible for granting and withdrawing the status of a non-governmental organisation in the public interest and is intended to register and publicly publish legally relevant data on non-governmental organisations in the public interest.
