Description
This repository contains the code and data needed to replicate the analysis in our paper "The fewer predefined parameters, the better? A comparative analysis of urban delineation methods using building footprint data in the Netherlands". All code is organized in computational notebooks, arranged sequentially in the code folder. The analysis relies on the open-source EUBUCCO building database to construct urban delineations in the Netherlands, and the official urban definition of Statistics Netherlands (DUAs) is employed as benchmark. Other data sets needed to reproduce the analyses are included in the data folder. For further details, please refer to the enclosed README file and the original publication.
