The purpose of this data set is to give the reader access to the data used in the publication "Defect-Engineered Surfaces to Investigate the Formation of Self-Assembled Molecular Networks" (https://doi.org/10.1039/D2SC04599K). This folder contains a dataset of scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM) images and quantitative analysis files used for a systematic study of the effect of grafting density of covalently modified HOPG substrate on the domain size distribution of self-assembled molecular network formation at the liquid/solid interface.
