Description
This dataset is served for the manuscript "Gene expression driving ethylene biosynthesis and signaling pathways in ripening tomato fruit; a kinetic modeling approach". The dataset includes calibration data, calibration condition, validation data and validation condition. Calibration and validation data contain measured concentrations of intermediates, the enzyme activity of ACOs and ACSs, and protein abudance of ACOs, ACSs, and signaling proteins, serving as the outputs in the model. Calibration and validation conditions contain gene expression results, which are used as the input in the model.
