Replication Data for: "CowBase - A Library for Dairy Farm Data Handling and Curation in Python"

Description

This dataset contains structured and standardized anonymized data extracted from automatic milking systems on one experimental and one commercial dairy farms: - farmA: DeLaval milking system (experimental farm) - farmB: Lely milking system (commercial farm) The data were processed and curated using the Python package "CowBase", which was developed to streamline extraction, standardization, and database integration of data from automatic milking systems. Raw system backups in zipped format ("backups_farmAB"), raw extracted data (created with CowBase module 1, "01_full_table"), processed data (created with CowBase module 3, "02_merged_table") and a SQLite database (created with CowBase module 4) are given to test the package. An extensive explanation is given the in README.md.
