Code for "From biological data to oscillator models using SINDy"
Description
Archived version of code used for the manuscript "From biological data to oscillator models using SINDy". The code has been developed around the PySINDy package (version 1.7) of SINDy for Python (version 3.8.12). More details on the requirements can be found in the 'requirements.txt'. Instructions on how to use the scripts can be found in the ReadMe file here and the Gitlab respository.
