Description
The Samba database contains, among other things, information on deep wells carried out under licence, cf. the Underground Resources Exploitation Act. These are exploration, estimation, delineation and production wells for oil/gas, geothermal energy, gas storage and salt as well as scientific wells. The data set contains technical, administrative and geological information from the wells and about geophysical measurements in the wells. Data are reported by the company carrying out the drilling. The database is constantly updated.
