WMS view service of administrative boundaries

WMS service for visualization of administrative boundaries, such as county divisions at different scales (1:1,000,000, 1:500,000, 1:250,000, 1:100,000, 1:50,000, 1:5,000), municipal divisions at different scales (1:250,000, 1:100,000, 1:50,000, 1:5,000) and finally the heads of municipality and heads of county.
