Description
The ARRA appropriation for the DWSRF program is $2,000,000,000. DWSRF allotments are based on percentages derived from the 2003 Drinking Water Infrastructure Needs Survey. For general and government-wide ARRA information, please visit EPA's Recovery site or RECOVERY.gov. This ARRA appropriation is in addition to the DWSRF appropriation for FY 2009
