Description
The Digital Design Plan Potsdam is a plan document for the illustration of urban development, projects and concepts. It represents urban structures in a generalised form for a large part of the settlement area. Two classes of planning are included in this presentation: Secured and long-term planning. The structures presented as “secured planning” are generally secured by planning law, i.e. within legally valid development plans or plans with advanced planning status. In the case of development plans with construction fields without existing concrete projects, a possible development is presented — but this does not exclude that other projects would also be eligible for approval.
