Description

Der Datensatz enthält die Jahresberichte der politischen Gemeinden im Kanton Thurgau, bestehend aus den Kontensalden per 31.12. des entsprechenden Jahres für Erfolgsrechnung, Investitionsrechnung und Bilanz. Die Konten sind auf 4. Stelle verdichtet, die Funktionen auf 3. Stelle.Die Einteilung der Konten basiert auf dem Kontenplan, wie er in der Fachempfehlung 03 des Schweizerischen Rechnungslegungsgremiums für den öffentlichen Sektor (SRS-CSPCP) vorgesehen ist. Der Kontenplan umfasst eine vierstellige Struktur und wird regelmäßig (im Prinzip jährlich) aktualisiert.
