The interfaces of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area Service Map

Description

The service map is an open information channel about the offices and services of the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen. The service map guides residents to always find the most up-to-date information about the services offered by the city and their accessibility. The service map also shows the route to the service using the information provided by the route planner's interface. The service map interfaces provide data on the locations and services visible on the map through open APIs. The data includes data from Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen, as well as HSY and some of HUS' services. The data is available in REST/JSON, WFS and XML formats. In addition, data in CML and JSON formats can be downloaded via the Service Map map interface (see tool icon in the bottom right corner). The WFS interface can be read with spatial data programs. Through the interfaces, you can ask for information on, for example, the following issues: - Organisations that organise and produce services - Data delineation by municipality - Offices where services are provided (e.g. Rikhardinkatu library) - Services provided at different locations - Classification of services - Parameters of accessibility - Office accessibility information structurally - Accessible public transport route to an accessible office - All services in the area or within a certain distance from a destination, e.g. train station ##REST interface Address of the REST interface: https://www.hel.fi/servicemapws/restpages/ver4.html ##WFS interface Address of the WFS interface: [https://kartta.hel.fi/ws/geoserver/avoindata/wfs](https://kartta.hel.fi/ws/geoserver/avoindata/wfs?request=GetCapabilities) The material can also be downloaded in several different formats, including: JSON, KML, GIF, Tiff, GeoTiff, JPEG, PNG, CSV, Esri Shape.
