Deposits cancelled following a corrective deposit
Companies may make amending deposits to their annual accounts. For these companies, the original version of the annual accounts should no longer be considered. All cancelled deposits are included in a **single file**, ‘cancellation-2012-202YqX.xml’. Using the variable ‘ID_Doc’, the user can cancel the original deposits concerned. This file is updated quarterly and contains all deposits cancelled since the reference year 2012. STATEC points out that the Balance Sheet Centre does not provide IT support for the exploitation of files.
