Piloting the KTI Kiradigi model in the transaction process

The result is open interfaces based on Kiradigi. Use of interfaces in selling the property tested by the right customer. The results will strengthen the wider implementation of the Kiradigi data model in the real estate sector.

Nowadays, the collection of information typically takes several weeks from both the owner and the broker. This results in direct costs, longer sales times and increased risks of data misstatement. The direct benefits achieved are thousands of euros per real estate transaction.
