Development plans and land use plans of the local municipality Limburgerhof: With the 1st amendment of the development plan "Former Youth Village" of 07.12.1995, planning requirements for the restructuring of the residential area are to be created with the aim of achieving recognized residential, technical and/or energy standards and adapting the structural use of the entire area to a reasonable extent without fundamental change of the building structure.
