Description
Synoptic messages containing measurement and observation data from ground weather stations, aerological stations and ships, which are prepared for the purposes of weather monitoring and forecasting using standardised encryption for timely evaluation; includes, among other things, the individual services “Synoptic Messages”, “SHIP Messages”, “Event Messages”, “High Weather Messages”, “AMDAR Weather Messages”. The data sets are available free of charge at https://opendata.dwd.de/weather.
