Surface-type requirements for urban planning documents in Lorient Agglomération

Description

Requirements of the POS (Plan d'Occupation des Sols) and PLU (Plans Locaux d'Urbanisme) of the 25 municipalities of Lorient Agglomération. The requirements of an urban planning document are defined in Article R123-11 of the Urban Planning Code. These are additional constraints that may be related to other codes (transport, environment) or specific local decisions. They are represented on the graphic regulation by geographical objects that are superimposed on the zoning. This database aggregates municipal data that comply with the National Requirements of the CNIG (National Council for Geographic Information) **Collection context** The GIS (Geographic Information Systems) mission works the data of the municipalities so that they can comply with national and European standards and aggregates them throughout the agglomeration. All the requirements of the planning document identified as such on the graphic documents are to be shown in this table.
