Description
The development plan Poppenbüttel 35/Lemsahl-Mellingstedt 13 for the area of application south-east of Pop- penbütteler Berg, between Harksheider Straße and An der Alsterschleife (district Wandsbek, districts 519 and 521) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Poppenbütteler Berg — Lemsahler Landstraße — North borders of the parcels 1881 and 941 of the Lemsahl-Mel-lingstedt area — On the Alsterschleife — over the parcel 6555 of the Poppenbüttel area — Kupferhammer — Kramer-Kray- Weg — Jaspersdiek — Harksheider Straße — On the Koppel — southern border of the parcel 6531, via the parcels 6809 and 4088 (Harksheider Straße), southern borders of parcels 5826 and 3597 of the Poppenbüttel area — Ulzburger Straße — across the parcel 4088 (Harksheider Straße) of the Poppenbüttel area.
