Freiburg i. Br. - Soil benchmark zones 2020
Description
Pursuant to Section 193(5) of the Building Code (BauGB), the Expert Committee for the Determination of Land Values in Freiburg i.B. Determine soil benchmarks in accordance with the provisions of the BauGB and the Expert Committee Ordinance. At its meeting on 25 May 2021, the Expert Committee for the Determination of Land Values in Freiburg i. Br. decided on the land benchmark values specified in the land benchmark map as of 31 December 2020, taking into account § 196 BauGB and § 12 of the Expert Committee Ordinance for Baden-Württemberg.
