Building plan Wandsbek 14 1st change Hamburg
Description
The Ordinance on the Building Plan Wandsbek 14 of 23 July 1974 (HmbGVBl. P. 243) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Regulation amending the Wandsbek 14 Building Plan” is added to the Regulation.
2. Section 2 is replaced by the following:
» SECTION 2
The following provision applies to the implementation of the development plan:
Only small-scale craft enterprises are allowed in the commercial areas. Warehouses and storage areas are not permitted. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
