Description
The Law on the Building Plan Bramfeld 56 of 8 March 1984 (HmbGVBl. P. 58), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 505, 506) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Bramfeld 56 Development Plan” is added to the Act.
2. In § 2(2), the following sentences are added:
‘In the commercial area, retail establishments other than mail-order establishments shall be prohibited. By way of exception, retail is permitted in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing industries. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
