Development Plan Bramfeld 56 1st Amendment Hamburg

Description

The Act on the Bramfeld Development Plan 56 of 8 March 1984 (HmbGVBl. 58), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 505, 506), is amended as follows: 1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Bramfeld Development Plan 56" is added to the Act. 2. In § 2(2), the following sentences are added: "Retail establishments other than mail-order establishments shall be prohibited in the industrial area. By way of exception, retail trade in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing is permitted. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
