Description
The development plan Wandsbek 69/Tonndorf 29 for the scope of application of the Friedrich-Ebert damm between Tilsiter Straße and Helbingstraße and east of Am Stadtrand (district Wandsbek, districts 508, 509 and 513) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Tilsiter Straße — On the outskirts — north and east of the parcel 2907, eastern borders of parcels 8, 2101 and 2058 of the area Tonndorf — Friedrich-Ebert-Damm — Sylter Weg — via parcel 3168, southern borders of parcels 3168 and 1824 of the area Tonndorf — Fehmarnstraße — Usedomstraße — eastern borders of parcels 2543 and 1835, via parcels 1835, 2026, 2055 and 2586, south-east borders of parcels 2586 and 52, over parcel 52, south-east borders of parcels 1796, 59 and 60, eastern boundary of the parcels 1843 of the area of Tonndorf — Walddörferstraße -On the outskirts — south borders of parcels 1042, 418, 419, 419, 422,436 and 1524, West boundary of the parcel 1524 of the Hinschenfelde — Helbingstraße — West boundary of parcels 447 and 448 of the Hinschenfelde area — Friedrich-Ebert-Damm — West borders of parcels 401, 403 and 1096, west and north of the parcel 1235 of the Hinschenfelde — Angerburger Straße area.
