Freiburg i. Br. — Soil benchmark zones 2022
Description
Pursuant to Paragraph 196(1) of the Baugesetzbuch (BauGB), the expert committee for the determination of land values in Freiburg i. Br. Soil benchmarks to be determined according to the provisions of the BauGB and the expert committee regulation. At its meetings on 21 June 2022, 06 and 12 October 2022, the Evaluation Committee for the Determination of Land Values in Freiburg i. Br. decided on the ground benchmarks specified in the land benchmark map as of the reference date 01.01.2022, taking into account § 196 BauGB and § 12 of the Advisory Committee Ordinance for Baden-Württemberg.
