Heavy metal retention capacity for cadmium 1:25.000

Description

The evaluation map ‘Heavy metal retention capacity for cadmium 1:25,000’ shows the mean heavy metal retention capacity for cadmium for each legend unit of the overview soil map 1:25,000 (ÜBK25) differentiated as a forest/non-forest. The derivation and classes correspond to the linking rule 7.2 from the ‘Methodological documentation for soil science (2000)’. Each soil horizon is assigned to a horizon group (lay, topsoil, subsoil and subsoil) according to ‘LABO Bund/Länder Arbeitsgemeinschaft Bodenschutz, Background values for inorganic and organic substances in soils (2017)’. If necessary, an evaluation of the characteristic values at horizon group level is possible.
