Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data available are the development plan “Amendment of the development plan for the first amendment of the Blümert development plan 1961 Plan No. 05-01 for the exclusion and structure of amusement sites” of the city of Aalen from XPlanung 5.0.
