WMS traffic counting stations Hamburg
Description
This WebMapService (WMS) provides all traffic counting points in Hamburg for motor vehicles, bicycles and foot traffic.
A distinction is made between permanent counters, annual counters and demand counters.
To date, permanent counting stations only exist for motor vehicles and automatically record traffic 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Annual counting points exist for both motor vehicles and bicycles and are counting points where traffic is usually recorded once a year from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Demand counters exist for all modes of transport. The censuses are carried out on request, e.g. in connection with traffic planning or investigations.
Furthermore, for motor vehicles and bicycles, the locations/points of annual cross-sectional values (so-called levels) derived from permanent counting points and annual counting points are indicated.
