Scientific libraries: General data in 2000
Description
The German Library Statistics (DBS) is the national statistics of the German library system and contains statistical key figures. It includes public libraries, scientific libraries, as well as specialized scientific libraries. More information can be found at [DBS](https://www.bibliotheksstatistik.de/).
This dataset contains the following information on scientific libraries in Bavaria 2000:
Library locations, borrowers, borrowers, including: Non-university staff (external), opening days per year, opening hours per week (regular opening time), proportion of closed magazine holdings (%), exhibitions in the reporting year, other cultural events
