The German Library Statistics (DBS) is the national statistics of the German library system and contains statistical key figures. It includes public libraries, scientific libraries, as well as specialized scientific libraries. More information can be found at [DBS](https://www.bibliotheksstatistik.de/).
This dataset contains the following information about public libraries in Bavaria 2012:
Number of inhabitants of the library location, number of libraries (institutions), ... of which: Branches (number), ... of which: Driving libraries (number), number of external service stations, public area (m2), annual opening hours, weekly opening hours
