Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Oberes Feld Part III” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The territorial scope of the development plan and the local building voschriften derives from the drawing part of the development plan.
