Description
The cartographic model 1:50 000 — grid (KM50-R) is the digital state map of the entire Austrian territory on a basic scale 1:50 000. It is available without leaf cuts and georeferenced. The update takes place nationwide at periodic intervals but also on occasions in the event of significant infrastructural changes. The KM50-R derives the Austrian state card 1:50 000 (ÖK50) — in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Defence (BMLV) — as well as the Austrian card 1:25 000 (ÖK25V).
This 50 km x 50 km tile is one of a total of 63 tiles, which together cover the territory of Austria.
