XPlanning data set BPL “In the island meadows”
Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “In the island meadows” of the municipality of Illmensee from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The “plan” enacted as a police regulation has ceased to apply in the meantime (arg. § 25 PolG). As a result: §§ 34(2), 9a BauGB, 3 or 4 BauNVO.
