Description
The Geodienst provides an overview of the allocation procedures of the bodies of the Rhineland-Palatinate Surveying and Cadastre Administration entrusted with the allocation in accordance with ยง 46 BauGB. Descriptive information on the transfer procedures is available. Simplified reallocation procedures and procedures of the reallocation committees of the cities of Mainz, Trier, Koblenz, Kaiserslautern, Ludwigshafen am Rhein and Worms are not presented. The data is based on the Official Real Estate Cadastral Information System (ALKIS) and the Automated Business Book of the Surveying and Cadastral Administration of Rhineland-Palatinate. The service is up-to-date on a monthly basis. The geometric quality depends on the origin of the underlying data of the property cadastre.:
