Vetrina Toscana - restaurants and shops
Description
Vetrina Toscana is a promotion project of the Tuscany Region in which the Chambers of Commerce system and their Regional Union also collaborate financially. The project proposes to integrate between the discovery of the territory with its moments, museums, libraries, archaeological sites, with food and wine productions.
In the restaurants and shops of Vetrina Toscana you will find quality regional productions, from the short supply chain transformed into dishes of the local culinary tradition, or discovering new ones. The leitmotif of the project is represented by the link with the territory, with the seasonality of crops, with the extraordinary richness of Tuscan cuisine and its current interpreters. Regional agri-food products are the distinguishing feature of the assortment in Vetrina Toscana’s food shops, and knowledge of quality and production characteristics is the real added value of the network.
With the project the Region and Unioncamere Toscana want to contribute to revitalize an economic sector of small businesses that until now have managed to keep alive the culture of good food and have renewed the Tuscan contribution to the value of the Mediterranean diet heritage of humanity.
Membership in the project is annual (calendar year) and takes place with the signing of the specification, registering on the site: www.vetrina.toscana.it
