REQUESTS FOR TENDERS/TRACTS DIRECT MEPA BANDITS

Description

The dataset contains summary information on Tender Requests (RdO) and Direct Negotiations published as part of an authorisation notice on the MEPA. The dataset allows to analyze the PA demand in terms of: economic value of the auction bases of the published RdO/TD, number of published RdO/TD, percentage RdO/TD with valued auction base, percentage RdO with selective invitation (only for RdO), average number of economic operators with selective invitation (only for RdO), number of contracting PAs, number of ordering points, average time available for sending tenders. The data are aggregated with respect to the reference year, the type and province to which the administration that published RdO/TD belongs, and the type of trading (RdO/TD). As these are aggregated data, not all indicators are additive.
