Data for Capillary-based immunoassay optimization of p53 and ɑ-tubulin in BEAS-2B cells
Description
These data were used to generate graphs and tables for the Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE) publication 'Procedure and Key Optimization Strategies for an Automated Capillary Electrophoretic-based Immunoassay Method. In general, the data are generated as example data for optimization of this method.
