Inland surface water quality measurement stations (STQ) - whole France

Description

The measuring station is the place located on a hydrographic entity (rivers, lakes, canals ...), on which measurements or samples are made for physico-chemical, microbiological analyses ..., in order to determine the quality of aquatic environments at this place. It is a volume in which it is possible to make measurements at different points deemed consistent and representative of the station. This information is administered by the Water Agencies and the Water Offices and is the responsibility of the project owner(s) of the measuring networks or uses to which the station is attached. This reference includes the AEP (Food in Drinking Water) measurement points.
