Description
Overview of areas established by the Flemish Government within which, pursuant to Article 12 of the Port Decree (Decree on the policy and management of seaports, 2 March 1999, published in the Belgian Official Gazette of 8 April 1999), a right of pre-emption may be exercised, at a given time, either by a seaport company or by the Maatschappij Linkerscheldeoever. This dataset is currently under construction.
