Act amending the Act on the development plan Hummelsbüttel 4 / Poppenbüttel 8
of 25 April 1977
The Senate promulgates the following law passed by the Citizenship:
Article 1
The law on the development plan Hummelsbüttel 4 / Poppenbüttel 8 of 10. December 1973 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 529) is amended as follows:
1.In the graphic representation, the definition of the construction method Gartenhofhäuser GHM is deleted.
2.In § 2(1), the following sentence is added:
"Fireplaces are permitted provided that they are fired with wood or gas or that electrical energy is used.14
3.In § 2(8), the words "garden house areas" are replaced by the words "single-storey pure residential areas without establishing a construction method".
