Helsinki Region Transport (HSL) customer satisfaction survey

Description

Asty Web is an online database of the Helsinki Region Transport (HSL) customer satisfaction survey, where you can find researched information on passenger satisfaction with public transport. You can create your own tables, reports and images on topics of your choice. You will get the data broken down by municipality, public transport mode or the respondent's gender. The Asty Web database contains data from HSL's year-round survey. Approximately 50,000 passengers annually take part in the survey, assessing the quality of public transport on a scale of one to five (1 = very poor, 5 = very good). The survey is carried out on public transport on weekdays between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., and forms are distributed to randomly selected passengers. Asty Web has been providing research results since 2011. Customer satisfaction data is available through the REST interface. The data is returned in CSV format and can be accessed using the HTTP GET method.
