Step 94 — Density 2, settlement axes and areas of settlement Vienna
Description
In these eleven development axes, in accordance with STEP94, the aim is to increase the diversity of urban use as well as a moderately dense development (NGFZ on average 1.0 to 2.0). They are located following the dense urban area along high-ranking public transport lines.
