Air pollutants - annual averages 2015

Description

The thematic group includes the following data, for PM10 (fine particulate matter) and NO2 (nitrogen dioxide), as an annual average for 2015: * Average area load in the km grid * Average roadside load on at least 100 m long road sections on a selected main road network of the state capital Dresden. These data were calculated using the following input data: * Traffic strengths (counts of the road and civil engineering office of the city of Dresden, prepared by the Environment Agency - as of 2015), * Driving pattern determination by the Chair of Transport Ecology at the TU Dresden on behalf of the LfULG using FCD taxi data from VAMOS system of the city of Dresden 2013 * Emission factors of motor vehicles (HBEFA 3.2) with corrections by the LfULG, * Emission data for abrasion and abrasion caused by motor vehicle traffic (abrasion of brake pads, clutches, tyres and road surfaces as an additional source of dust) Works of the engineering firm Lohmeyer GmbH & Co. KG are based on and similar to the manual for emission factors (HBEFA) have been assigned to specific traffic situations, * Slope of road sections (Environmental Agency) 2015 * Building data such as average height, average distance and average density the development on the respective road section, which is determined on the basis of the digital city map (Environmental Agency) * Meteorological dispersion conditions (Wind Statistics Großer Garten, DWD) * Measurement data of the continuous air pollutant monitoring of the LfULG * Data from the Saxon emissions register The calculation is carried out using the Immikart program system developed by the engineering firm Lohmeyer GmbH & Co. KG for the Saxon State Office for the Environment, Agriculture and Geology. The programme system includes both a module for surface loading and a module for direct roadside loading in built-up areas (Prokas B). As a measure of the quality of the calculations, the achieved conformity with measured values serves. The data of the area-by-area load were placed over the urban area for presentation with the help of a GIS system. The roadside load data was transferred to the city of Dresden road node network (ESKN 25) with the help of a key bridge.
