Climate Impact Adaptation Concept (2019) — Zone 4: urban climate-relevant green and open spaces
Description
The climate change adaptation concept aims to adapt to the unavoidable consequences of climate change on the ground. As a result, an improvement in the adaptability and maintenance of the functioning of urban infrastructures and the urban quality of life will be achieved.
The following objectives are associated with the designation of urban climate-relevant green and open spaces as restricted areas:
— Preserve land, network with each other
— Preserve/improve park-like structures
— Make transition to the built-up area permeable
