A compilation of bilateral agreements between Canada and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the areas of development cooperation, trade, and taxation. This set includes a general development cooperation agreement with annexes establishing a framework for collaborative development initiatives; a trade and commerce agreement supporting bilateral economic relations; and a taxation agreement with protocol aimed at avoiding double taxation and preventing fiscal evasion with respect to income.
