2.49. List of targeted local programs, changes to targeted local programs and reports on the implementation of targeted local programs of the Department of Information Technologies of Vinnytsia City Council
Description
In order to implement local target programs, local self-government bodies are guided by the legislation on state target programs (the Law of Ukraine "On State Target Programs"). It is also possible to adopt its own regulatory framework. For example, the Decision of the Kyiv City Council of October 29, 2009 No. 520/2589, the Decision of the Executive Committee of the Mykolaiv City Council of June 27, 2008 No. 1368, the Order of the Mayor of Odesa of November 8, 2016 No. 1115.
Local self-government bodies, as a rule, systematize data on target programs in tables for the purpose of accounting and monitoring of implementation. The structure and content of these tables is determined individually.
