Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Ortskern — 1st Amendment” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: In order to preserve this ensemble — and thus the typical local image of Seelbach — it is necessary to preserve the buildings in their dimensioning.
