B-Plan No. 6 “Wacholderweg”, 1st Amendment, Municipality Hambühren
Description
Part change 1 is bordered by the Sperberweg and Bussardweg. In the area
they are semi-detached houses. The aim is to increase the base area number (GRZ) in order to build conservatories
to make it possible.
Part change 2 covers the area south of Wacholderweg between Insterburger Straße
and Allensteiner Straße. Here is the modification of the development plan of mixed area
(Mi)/Commercial area (GE) in general residential area (W A), such as the land use plan
2020 provides the presentation as a residential building space as a preparatory building plan. The community
thus seizes the chance to get out of the crowd position with the surrounding use
“Living” here too to plan the living.
